FAQ

How do I book my experience?
 

Click the SHOP tab on the top menu bar of The Sandbox Experience webpage to take you to all featured deals. You will be able to filter deals by category and location on the menu bar on the left side.

 

Click on an image to view each deal, read the description about the business, find the specific link to purchase that Sandbox Deal and see more images of the featured experience.

 

When you are ready to purchase an experience click on the Eventbrite link within the offer to grab that deal. Select the quantity and pay a small portion of the deal to The Sandbox for access to the AWESOME deal.

 

Once your purchase is complete, you will be able to contact the vendor to schedule your experience and pay them directly for the balance of the deal.

 

 

 

 

How often are new deals posted?
 

The Sandbox works hard to bring you new deals on a weekly basis.

Will I need a voucher?
 

The Sandbox Experiences do not require a voucher. Each deal purchased on Eventbrite will have a bounce back email with instructions on how to make an appointment for your experience with the vendor. You will only need to present a form of picture ID when you go to redeem your experience.

 

What is your return/
cancellation policy?
 

The Sandbox does not refund deals. All sales are final.
